Sizing guides for each of our products are shown on the sizing tab for each individual product. As a general guide Solo clothing is a larger fit that most European brands.
Solo clothing is shipped worldwide by DHL International Global Mail or DHL Express. The shipping cost will be shown before you make payment. Goods are shipped from Solo HQ in New Zealand – quite a way from our main markets. Your order may take slighty longer than it does from other online retailers – although this is often not the case.
DHL Global Mail is the most economical shipping option. It is mail service not a courier service. DHL deliver the order to your country and final delivery is by your local mail provider. If you are not home when delivery is attempted your mail provider may leave a card behind to tell you they have attempted delivery and how you can pick up your package. There is no track and track facility with the Global Mail service. Most orders are delivered with 10 days of us receiving your order. We expect all orders should be delivered within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another email when we despatch your order.
Payment for all goods is by credit card only. Orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance before they are shipped.
Solo employs Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) for online credit card processing. The DPS website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. This is a method of ensuring that information submitted is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. Your credit card information is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When you access the DPS website secured with SSL you will see the url prefix change from http: // to https: //.
Prices on this website are expressed in a variety of currencies to cater for cyclists worldwide. The total cost of your purchase including shipping will be shown in your local currency on your credit card statement. Local import duties may be payable when you receive your order. It is your responsibility to pay this.
Returns & Exchanges
Solo will replace any unworn clothing item that is defective in materials or construction with the same item or an item of equal value. Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your purchase. Please include your address details and details of which items (and sizes) you require. Please insure your return shipment. Solo assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. If you do not want to exchange your returned goods for another item then you must inform us of this. Your credit card will then be reimbursed with the full purchase price minus shipping costs once we have received your returned goods.
Goods sold by Solo are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act of 1994 (New Zealand). Any disputes rising between Solo and the consumer will be determined by courts or tribunals in New Zealand.
Your personal details and account information is important information. Solo respect this. We will do our upmost to protect this information. Solo will not divulge your email address or send you emails unless you agree to it. You have the right to access and modify any data about you that is held by Solo. We will minimise the amount of information you need to provide about yourself before you reach the checkout area of the Solo website. The information you provide when purchasing will be limited to that needed for you to purchase.
